Our food and drinks were great. We were there for a birthday celebration. There was a bit of a snafu with the reservation but I have wonderful praise for both Sabrina and Roselyn who made our reservation and table request work out perfectly. We all had a great time and will surely be back as we have meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegan folks in our family and Bistro 781 can accommodate all of our dietary needs/wants.

I joined a table with 4 others and we made a reservation the night before. The table we had was close to the entrance door which was fine with us (since there was a large birthday party of 20 something's behind us). As you can imagine it got kind of loud but we did the best we could to hear what we were discussing. The appetizer we had of nachos was delicious and the main dishes of food came out in nice presentations. We even had dessert and some of the desserts got a wow factor. The server did well in checking that we had everything we needed up until the time the large party showed up that reserved many tables. My only wish was that the music that was playing was turned down a little so we didn't have to be yelling across the table at each other or have to get closer to our friends to hear what was being said. This place does have outdoor dining if you choose and the front doors are opened to let in extra circulation of air. Good place to eat and love that it is also approved by the Phantom Gourmet.

Is a cool restaurant to have dinner with family and friends. Good Italian food, but on the pricy side. The service is excellent, but finding parking is on the differcult side. If you can find a parking space, it is a cool place to dine.

My wife and I went to Bistro 781 for the first-time last night. Where have we been-under a rock? It's been open for a few years and our first fantastic meal is in 2024? Anyway, I had the seafood paella, and it was top notch- everything was fresh and there were plenty of shrimp, scallops, clams and mussels plus a nice semi-mild chorizo over the saffron rice. My wife had the half chicken with vegetables, and we just finished the remainder for lunch. Gravy was homemade and delicious. The manager told us the meals are made from scratch at Bistro 781 and i believe her. The cook did a wonderful job. Our waitress was also very nice. A shout out to the manager who took our initial drink order as the waitress was serving another party- nice to have a manager who cares, versus just walking on by. Two suggestions for management: 1. the lighting in the middle is very dark, it would be nice to have it a little lighter in this section. 2. the price of apps is kind of high relative to the rest of the menu. Would like to see more in the $9-12 range. The menu is very versatile here and also appears to have many GF options. We will be back to try more.
